Dear St. Thomas School Community,
As we continue our journey to find the next head of St. Thomas School, our search consultants, DRG Talent, have prepared a Head of School Discovery Survey to capture your insights about our school and the qualities you desire to see in our next leader. This survey is written and administered by DRG, who will collect and aggregate the responses, sharing the general feedback with the search committee. In other words, your responses are anonymous. Please take time between now and Monday evening to thoughtfully complete the survey. DRG will close the survey at 8 p.m. on November 6.

You will also find a contact form share comments or ask questions directly to the search committee.
