Our admissions process is an opportunity for you to learn as much as possible about St. Thomas School, connect with our community, and experience it in person. At its conclusion, we hope you will have a deeper understanding of what you want in an independent school and if STS is a place where your child will thrive.
St. Thomas School uses a web-based application called Ravenna for the submission of online applications. Ravenna allows you to efficiently apply to schools and track the status of your application online. Additionally, through Ravenna you will be able to schedule admissions events and view decision notifications.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
January 15, 2026
All applications received by the deadline will be processed together. Applications submitted after the deadline will be reviewed and processed on a space-available basis.
DECISION NOTIFICATION
March 20, 2026
FINANCIAL AID DEADLINE
February 6, 2026
Financial aid applications received after initial deadline in February will be given consideration if funds are available.
