Tickets to A Toast to Excellence are now on sale on our auction website. On the website you may purchase your tickets, guest tickets, Sponsor-a-Teacher tickets and a Jennifer Winter photo of your child. You will want to return to the site for our online auction March 6-12 to bid on a number of one-of-a-kind experiences and items. The event on March 17 at the Fairmont Olympic will be a lovely evening of dinner, dancing to the Dudley Manlove Quartet, and raising money for St. Thomas School.

A special rate at the Olympic Fairmont Hotel is available for attendees of the St. Thomas School 2018 Auction on Saturday, March 17, 2018. Please make reservations directly with the hotel on an individual basis by calling the hotel at 206-621-1700 ext. 3131 or toll-free at 1-800-821-8106. You must indicate your affiliation with St. Thomas School Room Block when making reservations, otherwise the rate that applies may not be extended. There is still time to donate. Please fill out a procurement form (PDF version or Word version) and email to auction@stthomasschool.org or drop off with Mrs. Dunwiddie at the front desk.

Become an Auction Sponsor

Sponsoring the 2018 Auction, A Toast to Excellence, is a great way to support St. Thomas School. Dollars raised through sponsorship help offset the cost of the event so more money goes directly to the school. And the donation is fully tax deductible. Sponsorships are available at four levels: Gold-$5,000; Silver-$2,500; Bronze-$1,000; Supporter-Up to $1,000. Benefits are described in our sponsorship packet.
