First Day of Camp

Drop-off for STS camps will take place on the south side of the school building (across from the park)

At 8:20, STS staff and camp instructors will be outside to greet your camper. Cars should pull all the way up in the driveway. Parents may stay in the car and campers will walk up the sidewalk to be greeted by their instructor. Each camp instructor will have a sign to help students know where to go when they arrive.

Your student will be outside the south entrance waiting for you to pick them up. You may choose to pull through the driveway and stay in your car, or you may park your vehicle and walk up.

Pick-up via the driveway

Please have your carpool code ready to tell staff. Students will walk down the sidewalk to get into cars. You do not need to get out of your vehicle.

1. Please pull as far up in the driveway as possible. 
2. Tell your carpool code to the staff member walking by.
3. Wait in your car, and your student will be brought to your car.

Pick-up via walking

1. DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY IN FRONT OF THE SOUTH ENTRANCE.
2. Park in a legal space on NE 12th Street in front of the school or the school's parking lot behind St. Thomas Church.  
3. Walk to the front of the school's south entrance and give your carpool code to a staff member.

Thank you for your help in making drop-off/pick-up run smoothly.

Please send your camper with:

1. Sunscreen already applied.
2. Reusable water bottle with their name on it.

Snacks and/or meals are provided by SAGE dining:

1. AM camps: 1 snack provided.
2. PM camps: 1 snack provided.
3. Full-day camps: 2 snacks and lunch provided.

Late Arrival

If your student is arriving late, please email afterschool@stthomasschool.org so camp staff can plan ahead. When you arrive, please walk your student to the main entrance and press the red button to buzz the front desk. Camp staff will meet your child at the door and escort them to camp.

Early Dismissal

If your student is being picked up early, please email afterschool@stthomasschool.org so camp staff can plan ahead. When you arrive, please press the red button at the main entrance to buzz the front desk. Camp staff will walk your student to meet you at the door. Please note that there will be no early dismissals after 3:00 pm.
